IN LOVE WITH OAXACA

Oaxaca is a state in southern Mexico that is known for its cultural and natural diversity. It has 16 ethnic groups, many of them with their own languages and traditions. It also has a rich history, with archaeological sites like Monte Albán and Mitla that show the influence of Mesoamerican civilizations. Oaxaca is also famous for its cuisine, which includes mole sauces, tlayudas, chapulines and mezcal. Oaxaca has eight regions, each with its own attractions and landscapes: Cañada, Costa, Istmo, Mixteca, Papaloapan, Sierra Sur, Sierra Norte and Valles Centrales.
